What will participants learn?

Workshop participants will learn how to use LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter effectively to build your business through relationship marketing.

What is a virtual workshop?

A workshop is a hands-on experience. Attendees will participate in the virtual workshop by using their computers to hear and see the presenters while working on their own LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter spaces.

What if I miss a session?

Catch the next one! You will still be able to gain significant value from this workshop series even if you miss a session. No, we don’t want a doctor’s note.

I’m interested in social media but not necessarily all three tools. How will that work?

This workshop series does involve techniques specific to those media, but the principles of effective social media use as well as the principles of relationship marketing are universally applicable.

Will I be able to ask questions of the presenters?

Yes!

How will the presenters be able to help me?

When a presenter gives individual assistance that everyone can see and hear, this assistance serves as a learning tool for everyone in the workshop. Each workshop attendee who wants to share his or her screen to receive individual help will send the presenters a screen-sharing link by using join.me, a free screen-sharing tool.

You will have the opportunity to do so during the natural course of the series when someone asks a question or uses screen-sharing.

Do I need 2 monitors to participate in the workshop?

Two monitors will be very helpful since you will be able to see the presenter’s screen and post to your own LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter account. However, you will be able to get by with one monitor just fine.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

We would prefer to apply your payment to a future series when we offer this again. However, we will grant a refund, less the Paypal processing fee of $2.48, if that is necessary.

Do I get a discount on my session if I refer someone who signs up?

Why not? We’ll issue a rebate of 5% for every person you refer who attends and includes your name in the “Referred by” field of the registration.
